Guiding Light Foster Care & Adoption is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal and health-related information entrusted to us. We collect and use information solely for the purposes of providing foster care and adoption services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide our services. All staff are trained on privacy practices and bound by confidentiality agreements.
